Is it possible to develop a country without implementation of Ethics in Every fields??

We often discuss different types of development in the country. I believe it's misguided to focus solely on this type of development. Why don't we talk about the development of ethics in various sectors? I think ethical development is essential for any kind of progress in the country, but this topic is often overlooked. Can you name a country that has developed without implementing ethical values? Look at the world's most powerful and happiest countries – they prioritized moral and ethical values first. In our country, every official is prone to take illegal advantage of their positions. How will the government address this issue? I don't think we can tackle it without accountability. We need accountability and the implementation of ethics to achieve our goals. Who will do it? It's up to the government to change the implementation process. The authorities should consider a new approach because the old one has failed. Ethical development needs to become a top priority now. It should be included in the curriculum at every level. Without changing the mindset, it's impossible to thrive. Corruption is rampant here, and while it may not change overnight, we need to start somewhere.
